Program Description:
HIV Network provides medical and psychosocial case management and direct medical care to people with HIV/AIDS living in Napa County. The agency has a clinical staff of two nurse case managers, one of whom is bilingual/bicultural, and two social workers. Additional services include benefits counseling, assistance with housing, assistance with legal services and emergency funding for such things as rent, utilities, medical bills, insurance, food, and transportation. All services are free.
