The video Do you know about rapid HIV testing? was produced through a partnership of clinicians and researchers at Brown University and the Harvard School of Public Health along with professionals from Abbott Diagnostics, Inc. The development of the video’s content and the subsequent evaluation of the video were made possible through grants from the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (K23 A1060363) and the Centers for Disease Control (U65/CCU124504). Abbott Diagnostics, Inc. provided internal funding for the production of the video, but did not provide funding to collaborators from or any portion of the project performed at Brown University or the Harvard School of Public Health. The collaborators at Brown University and the Harvard School of Public Health, but not Abbott Diagnostics, Inc., were responsible for the educational, substantive, and scientific content of the video.
